INFORMATION ON CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

By a Decision of the regular main shareholders' assembly of AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, of 14.07.2011:

• Mr. Marijo Grgurinović, from Sinj, Luka 21, born on 10.07.1968, PIN: 53727223950, personal identity card No.: 102273202, issued by the Police Department in Sinj, and
• Mr. Igor Solomatin Anatoljevič, from Sankt Petersburg, street: Ryleeva 2-2, Russian Federation, born on 22.10.1961, PIN: 57326820923, passport number: 63N1957891, issued by the Russian Federation,

were selected as members of the Supervisory Board instead of the former Supervisory Board members: Mr. Borut Meh, from Velenje, Škale 94 H, Slovenija, and Mr., Nijaz Hastor, from Wolfsburg, Mulheimer str. 23, Germany, who have resigned as Supervisory Board members for personal reasons.

By a Decision of Supervisory board of AD PLASTIK d.d. of 14.07.2011., Mr. Nikola Zovko, from Zagreb, Iblerov trg 7, has been elected as a President of a Supervisory board, and Mr. Marijo Grgurinović, from Sinj, Luka 21, has been elected as a vice-President of a Supervisory board.
