SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD MEETING

Pursuant to Article 121 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that Supervisory Board meeting of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017.

At this meeting the Supervisory Board, among other things, will consider the following:

• Study of the Annual Report of AD PLASTIK Group for 2016 and acceptance of Decision proposal on the adoption of this report and its submission to the General Assembly of the Company for discussion and adoption;
• Acceptance of Decision proposal on dividend payment, which will be submitted to the General Assembly of the Company for discussion and adoption;
