This notice is given by Acumentis Group Limited (ASX:ACU) (Acumentis or Company) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act) that the Company:

issued 3,244,120 ordinary shares to the vendors of Saunders & Pitt as part of the consideration for the acquisition of the business and assets of Saunders & Pitt;

as at the date of this notice the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Act, has complied with:
othe provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;- the provisions of section 674 of the Act as it applies to the Company; and
-
as at the date of this notice, is not aware of any excluded information for the purposes of section 708A(6)(e) if the Act.
