LANDMARK WHITE (ASX: LMW) OFFER TO ACQUIRE TAYLOR BYRNE
LandMark White Limited ( LMW ) advises that it has made an offer to the shareholders of Taylor Byrne Holdings Pty Ltd ( Taylor Byrne ) to acquire all of the issued shares in Taylor Byrne ( Transaction ). Consideration for the Transaction is proposed to be in the form of cash and fully paid ordinary shares in LMW ( LMW Shares ).
In order to satisfy the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) for the issue of LMW Shares, LMW will be providing an Offer Information Statement ( OIS ) to all Taylor Byrne shareholders.
The OIS has been lodged with ASIC and will be released to the ASX shortly after this announcement.
