An amended presentation to advisors reflecting adjusted number of Orchard Funds Limited shares on issue follows this notice.

Whilst it does not change the value ratio between LandMark White Limited and Orchard Funds Limited of $11m:$8m it does change the share ratio to 1 LandMark White Limited share for every 23.89 Orchard Funds Limited shares , rather than 1 LandMark White Limited share for every 28.37 Orchard funds Limited shares.
