RE: Withdrawal of LandMark White Proposed Merger with Orchard Funds Ltd

LandMark White Ltd (LMW) advises that it has withdrawn its merger bid with Orchard Funds Ltd (OFL).

Unfortunately conditions within the LMW bid relating to the OFL financiers have been unable to be fulfilled.

While disappointing, given the circumstances LMW Ltd Board remains open to further discussion with OFL Board once the support of their financiers is clearer.
