LandMark White Results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2007

LandMark White Limited is pleased to announce the following continuing improving strong results for the 6 months ended 31 December 2007:

  • Sales revenue increased to $15.84M, up 23% from $12.92M at 31 December 2006

  • Profit before tax increased to $1.46M, up 46% from $1M at 31 December 2006

  • Net Profit after tax increased to $966,314, up 42.7% from $674,458 at 31 December 2006

  • Interim dividend of 2.5 cents per share, an increase of 13.6% from last year, payable on 14 March 2008, with a record date of 3 March 2008

  • Dividends fully franked at 30%.

  • Basic earnings per share of 3.5 cents, up 41.7% from 2.47 cents at 31 December 2006

  • Fully Franked Dividend Yield of 8.3% on share price of $0.665.

  • Remain debt free with cash at bank of $2.18M

The increase in revenues is a result of the increased demand for our professional services.
