RE: Earnings for the year ended 30 June 2007

LandMark White is pleased to announce that it expects to exceed the previously announced forecast Net Profit after Tax of $1.4M for the 12 months ended 30 June 2007.

Based on current un-audited management accounts, we expect to achieve a Net Profit after Tax in the vicinity of $1.75M for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2007.

This result has been driven by a much stronger June performance than anticipated. This was especially influenced by the continued growth in the South East Queensland market, improved performance of the LMW Residential subsidiary and the completion of valuations of several large property portfolios in the month of June.
