Acumentis Group Limited (“Acumentis”) (ASX: ACU) – Ms Andrea Staines Final Director’s Interest Notice (Appendix 3Z)

Ms Andrea Staines was appointed as a non-executive director of Acumentis on 26 September 2019 and resigned on 22 October 2024.

At that time, due to human error, an Initial Director’s Interest Notice (Appendix 3X) was not lodged.

Ms Andrea Staines did not hold any interests, directly or indirectly, in Acumentis securities or contracts at the time of her appointment, nor throughout her tenure as a director.

This was confirmed via the disclosures in the Remuneration Reports included in the annual financial statements for the years ended 30 June 2020 through to 30 June 2024.
