Landmark White Limited ( ASX: LMW ) is pleased to advise that the Offer Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form relating to the non-renounceable rights issue announced on 21 April 2017 ( Offer ) has been dispatched today to eligible shareholders.
A copy of the Offer Booklet was also lodged with ASX on Friday, 21 April 2017.
The Offer opens today and is expected to close at 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 26 May 2017 (unless extended).
