Potential Appointment of Independent Directors to the LMW Board
Following the successful capital raising and acquisition of MVS Valuers in May 2017, the board of LMW has commenced a search with the aim to recruit up to 2 independent directors.
Potential candidates will be chosen based on the skillset they can bring to LMW, their professional backgrounds, experience and cultural fit.
Whilst the search has commenced and some potential candidates identified, timing will not permit inclusion in the notice of election of directors at the upcoming AGM. It is likely that appointment of those directors will be subsequent to the AGM and they would be subject to reelection by shareholders at next year's AGM.
