RETIREMENT / APPOINTMENT OF CFO & COMPANY SECRETARY
LandMark White Limited (LMW) wishes to advise that Mr Frank Hardiman has decided to retire from his executive position as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary.
Retirement of existing CFO:
Frank has been working with the company since February 2011 and has been a key member of LMW’s executive team. Frank however will continue as a director of LandMark White Limited in a non-executive capacity, enabling the company to retain his extensive knowledge of the business and financial expertise on the Board. The Board expresses its gratitude to Frank for his contribution to the success of the company and wishes him all the best for the future.
Appointment of new CFO:
The company is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr John Wise as CFO & Company Secretary. John has had extensive experience in the property services sector having previously held the position of CFO & Company Secretary at Savills from 1999 until recently.
We welcome John to the company and wish Frank well in his retirement.
