LandMark White Announces appointment of new CEO

The Board of LandMark White Limited is pleased to announce that Mr Chris Nicholl has been appointed the new CEO of the company effective 1 May 2014.

Chris is a senior real estate services executive, with in excess of 20 years experience in senior management and Board positions in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Chris’s previous roles have included the CEO of NAI Harcourts Pty Ltd and executive management and Board positions with Jones Lang Lasalle and Colliers International. Chris is trained in property valuation and is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in the property industry and in franchising. Chris is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Chris’s experience in strategic planning and project execution and his accumulated knowledge of professional real estate services, the broader property industry and markets across Asia Pacific, will assist in setting and implementing the future direction of LandMark White.

We would like to once again thank Mr Brad Piltz for his dedication, vision and strategic implementation, having directed LandMark White for almost a quarter of a century. Brad will remain on the LandMark White Limited Board as a non executive director, which will ensure that his extensive knowledge of the company and the industry is maintained as a valuable resource.
