Appointment of New Chairman

Mr John V McCarthy AO has today been appointed as Chairman of LandMark White Limited by its Board following his successful election at today’s AGM. This follows the retirement from the Board by its previous Chairman Mr Stuart Gregory. This change was previously foreshadowed when John was appointed a director on 9 October 2014. Stuart has served on the Board for 11 years, the last 3 as Chairman. Stuart has helped steer the company through some difficult years for the property industry during and post the GFC. As previously advised, with more than 35 years in the property sector Mr John McCarthy brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge and experience, adding new depth and breadth of property expertise to LMW’s Board.
