ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
In the AGM notice of meeting dated 19 October 2015 it was stated within the explanatory statement for resolution 4 that “All Directors and employees are eligible to participate in the Plan, however, it is intended that only senior executives and executive directors receive grants under the Plan.” The LMW Group Performance Rights and Options Plan has now been updated to specifically exclude non-executive directors from participating in the plan. As such we advise for clarity that non-executive directors and their associates will be eligible to vote on resolutions 3 and 4 at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 19[th] November 2015.
