Result of GM

Active Energy (AIM:AEG, OTCQB:ATGVF), an alternative energy company focused on the deployment of renewable infrastructure and the integration of advanced digital technologies , announces that at the Company's general meeting (the "GM"), held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed at the GM were duly passed. The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below.

Resolutions 1 was proposed as ordinary resolution and Resolutions 2 was proposed as special resolution of the Company.
