Report Content The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that, in reference to the current report ESPI No. 11/2024 of October 8, 2024 and the circumstances presented therein, on October 10, 2024, it filed an application to declare bankruptcy of the Issuer in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division. The Management Board of the Issuer assumes that during the bankruptcy proceedings, the Company will provide services to customers based on the concluded agreements and seek an investor interested in taking over its enterprise.
