With reference to ESPI current report no. 2/2024, the Management Boardof QuarticOn S.A. [_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;] hereby corrects theabove-mentioned report by correcting the title of this current report,which originally read:

_quot;Update of the Company's strategy - declassification of delayedconfidential information_quot;,

while it should be:

_quot;Updating the Company's strategy, including: transformation of thecurrent concept of the Company's business model and the relatedsubmission of an application to initiate arrangement proceedings -declassification of delayed confidential information._quot;

In the content of the above current report, the Company informed aboutdelayed confidential information regarding the decision to update theCompany's strategy on January 9, 2024, which provides for thetransformation of the current concept of the Company's business model,one of the elements of which is the restructuring of the current debt byopening arrangement proceedings, in order to securing the possibility offinancing new strategic goals. In connection with the adoption of thisstrategy, on February 13, 2024, the Company submitted an application toinitiate arrangement proceedings and in connection with this event, onthe same day, it was published in current report No. 2/2024. Informationabout the submission of the application was included in the content ofthe above-mentioned report, at the same time the Company published inits content delayed information about the adoption on January 9 of thestrategy providing for the intention to submit the application inquestion.

In order to provide a broader illustration of the content of the report,the Company hereby corrects the title of the report in question. Thiscorrection does not affect the content of the information disclosed inESPI current report No. 2/2024.
