This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 07, 2025 inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/Nine Months ended on December 31, 2024 . The Financial Results shall be subject to limited review by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
