This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, November 09, 2023 inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/Six months ended on September 30, 2023 . The Financial Results shall be subject to limited review by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The said notice may be accessed on the Company’s website at http://www.ace-cranes.com and may also be accessed on the Stock Exchange(s) websites at http://www.bseindia.com and http://www.nseindia.com.
Further, please be also informed that in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from October 01, 2023 and shall re-open on November 12, 2023.
