SHARE OWNERSHIP DISPUTE – FURTHER INFORMATION
Melbourne 8 April 2008: On 3 April 2008 Acrux (ASX: ACR) announced that it had been informed that the ownership of one substantial shareholding in the Company was in dispute as a result of the collapse of Opes Prime. On 7 April 2008, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited announced that it had beneficial title to 14.5 million Acrux shares (approximately 9% of the issued share capital of Acrux), of which ANZ Nominees Limited is the registered holder. These shares represent the holding of Acrux non-executive director Ross Dobinson and his associated entities. The ownership of the shares remains in dispute.

Acrux has licensed worldwide rights to its technology for selected contraceptives and for an undisclosed proprietary drug to ORGANON, USA rights for Estradiol MDTS[®] to KV Pharmaceutical and for Testosterone MDTS[®] to VIVUS, and AUS/NZ distribution rights for Estradiol MDTS[®] to Aspen Pharmacare and for Testosterone MDTS[®] and Fentanyl MDTS[®] to CSL Limited. Acrux has also licensed its technology to Eli Lilly and Company for veterinary healthcare products.
