Acrux Limited (ASX: ACR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Acrux Limited (‘ACR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ACR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 21 December 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt is requested to commence immediately and last until the release of the capital raising announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trade on Monday, 21 December 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
