Change in Company Secretary

Melbourne, Australia; 7 June 2019: Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR, “ Acrux ”) advises that Deborah Ambrosini has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 7 June 2019. Deborah replaces Tim Bateman who will leave the Company on 14 June 2019.

Deborah is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and business development spanning the biotechnology, mining, IT communications and financial services sectors. She has experience in senior management roles in Pooled Development Funds that are ASX listed.

We welcome Deborah to the Acrux senior management team and thank Tim for his contribution to Acrux over the past two and a half years.
