Acrux advises that Tim Bateman has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Tim replaces Sharon Papworth who has resigned and will leave the company on 28 October 2016.

Tim is an experienced CFO with a broad background as a Chartered Accountant in senior management roles in listed international entities and their subsidiaries.

We welcome Tim to the Acrux senior management team and thank Sharon for her contribution to Acrux over the past two years.
