ACRUX ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Acrux (ASX: ACR) today announced the resignation of Ross Barrow, Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Barrow joined the Acrux Board on 1 April 2012.

Chairman Ross Dobinson commented: ‘Ross has made a significant contribution to the development of the Company’s growth strategy. On behalf of the Board I would like to extend both our appreciation to Ross for his role within the Company and our best wishes for success in his future initiatives’
