ACRUX ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Acrux (ASX: ACR) today announced changes to its management team. After more than ten years as CFO & Company Secretary, Jon Pilcher will leave Acrux on 16 August 2013. Following Jon’s departure, Clive Blower will assume the expanded role of Chief Operating Officer and Tony Di Pietro, who has worked closely with Jon for the last nine years on financial and legal matters, will become CFO & Company Secretary. In addition, on 1 July 2013 Nina Webster will return to the Acrux management team to take up the new position of Commercial Director. Nina is currently Director of Commercialisation and Intellectual Property at Immuron Ltd. She formerly spent ten years with Acrux, and was responsible for the intellectual property portfolio and business development. Nina holds an MBA, a Masters of Intellectual Property Law and a PhD in Pharmaceutics.

Acrux’s Executive Chairman Ross Dobinson commented: “We are sad to see Jon depart as he has been a valuable member of Acrux’s senior management for over a decade, and we wish him the best in his new career. We are delighted to announce the internal promotions and to welcome Nina Webster back to the management team. Her in-depth knowledge of Acrux’s business and patent portfolio will be invaluable to the continuing market growth of Axiron[®] , and as we pursue a number of new development opportunities that have been initiated recently.”
