2021 Annual General Meeting Closing Date for Director Nominations
The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Acrux Limited (ASX: ACR) is to be held on Tuesday 23 November at 10.00am AEDT.
Full details of the agenda for the AGM, including details of how shareholders can participate in the AGM will be contained in the Notice of Meeting which is scheduled to be released in the week ending 22 October 2021. The voting form will be released at the same time.
Director Nominations
The closing time and date for receipt of director nominations for candidates other than those recommended by the Board is 5.00pm on Monday 4 October 2021.
