RELEASE FROM ESCROW

Noble Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: NMG) hereby advises pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 150,000 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 8 February 2009.

NMG will apply to ASX for quotation of the shares under separate cover.
