Company Update

Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (ASX: ACF) (“ Acrow ” or “ the Company ”), a market leading provider of engineered formwork hire equipment to the Australian construction market today advises that it has become aware of speculation that it is in discussions with Uni-Span Australia Pty Ltd ( “Uni-Span” ) regarding an acquisition.

Acrow can confirm that it is currently in talks with Uni-Span regarding a potential acquisition of the Uni-Span business however at this stage negotiations are ongoing, and a potential acquisition will be subject to agreeing terms and the completion of due diligence.

Uni-Span is an innovative supplier of engineered formwork systems and scaffolding hire solutions. Acrow considers that, if successful, an acquisition of Uni-Span will add scale and synergy to the Acrow business and is capable of funding via existing banking facilities.

If there are any developments Acrow will provide further updates in accordance with its continuous disclosure requirements under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 and section 674 of the Corporations Act 2001.
