RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Noble Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: NMG) advises the retirement of Dr Heino Hofferberth as a nonexecutive director of the Company. Dr Hofferberth has been a director of NMG since its ASX listing. The Company records its appreciation to Dr Hofferberth for his contribution and wishes him well in his other activities.

The Appendix 3Z - Final Director’s Interest Notice for Dr Hofferberth follows this announcement.
