Acrow Framework and Construction Services Limited (ASX: ACF) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Acrow Framework and Construction Services Limited (‘ACF’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ACF, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 7 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASX Code: ASX:ACF – Trading Halt Request
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (ASX:ACF) ( Company ) requests a trading halt of its securities effective immediately.
The trading halt is requested pending the release of an ASX announcement regarding an acquisition, institutional share placement and debt facility.
It is expected the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 7 November 2023, or when an announcement on the acquisition, institutional share placement and debt facility is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
This release was approved by the Acrow Board of Directors.
