Quarterly Activities Report
The Board of Noble Mineral Resources Limited ( Company ) is pleased to report on its activities for the quarter ended 31 March 2016.
Corporate Activity
The Company’s operations this quarter were dedicated to corporate activity.
On 23rd February 2016, the Company issued a prospectus to raise up to $1,876,875. On 1 April 2014 the Company announced that the offers under the prospectus had been closed and on 18 April 2016 the company recommenced trading on ASX.
Mining and Exploration Activities
As a result of the above corporate activity, the Company did not undertake any mining activities during the quarter.
