RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Acrow Limited (ASX: ACF) (“Acrow” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Max Crowley has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary of Acrow Limited, effective immediately.

Ms Shelby Coleman continues to act as the sole Company Secretary of Acrow Limited and for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company wishes to re-confirm that Ms Coleman will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

This release was approved by the Acrow Board of Directors.
