Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (ASX: ACF) (“Acrow” or “the Company”) advises that due to other business commitments, Joshua May has resigned as a Non-executive Director, effective immediately.

Acrow Chairman, Peter Lancken said: ”It is with great regret that I accept Joshua’s resignation. I would like to thank Joshua for his valued contribution as a Board member, as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and for his support in transitioning Acrow from private ownership to a publicly listed Company in 2018. I would like to wish Joshua all the best in his future endeavours.”

Acrow is currently well progressed on the appointment of an experienced Non-Executive Director to assist in the next stage of the Company’s evolution, as it executes on its strategy of becoming the leading provider of engineered formwork and industrial scaffold solutions to the Australian construction sector.

This announcement has been approved for release to the ASX by Acrow Chairman Peter Lancken.
