Executive Changes
Noble Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: NMG), owner of the Bibiani Gold Project in Ghana, today announced that incoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr Craig Dawson has accepted the position of Managing Director with effect from 1 June 2013. Mr Dawson joins Noble from Sandfire Resources NL where he served as General Manager Operations.
The Company also advises the resignation of Non-Executive Director Ms Xi Xi, in line with the previously announced (ASX: 30 November 2012) restructuring of the Company’s Board.
Chairman, Tunku Naquiyuddin thanked Ms Xi for her service to the Company.
