APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Noble Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: NMG) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Brian David Thomas as a non-executive director. Mr Thomas is a Geologist and Mineral Economist with over 20 years of multi commodity exploration, resource development and mineral experience at management level. He is currently a non-executive director of Aragon Resources Ltd.

Mr Thomas was formerly a Director of Corporate Finance with a major Australian Bank and a Vice President with a global investment banking group. He has extensive experience with the financing of energy and resource projects. Mr Thomas has also been director of several mining companies including Chrome Corporation Limited, where as managing director he was instrumental in the acquisition and finance of a chrome mining project in South Africa. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a senior associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
