FY25 AGM VIRTUAL MEETING INVITATION FOR NON-SHAREHOLDERS

Acrow Limited (ASX: ACF) (“Acrow” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is being made available to non-shareholders. Brokers, investors and interested parties are invited to attend the AGM either in person or via the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85058460821?pwd=C82GmMQdoDdJa4Wc0SSnqtGA5cADh4.1.

The AGM is being held at 10.30am (AEDT) on Friday, 14 November 2025 at Level 27, Brookfield Place, 10 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will include a presentation by Managing Director and CEO, Steven Boland during which he will discuss the Company’s new segmental reporting going forward.

Important attendance information

• This briefing link is strictly for non-shareholders. Attendees via this link will not be able to ask questions or vote on the resolutions.

• Shareholders wishing to attend the Annual General Meeting should do so either in person or via the Company’s share registry portal: https://portal.automic.com.au/investor/home (login or register using your SRN/HIN).

• Full details on registration, proxy voting and participation are outlined in the Notice of Meeting and accompanying documents which were dispatched to shareholders and released to the ASX on 15 October 2025.
