Issue of Warrants

ACP Energy Plc (ACPE.L), the newly formed company set to capture value accretive opportunities in the oil & gas industry, announces the issue of warrants to Orana Corporate LLP for its services. 

The warrants are being issued over 6,000,000 Ordinary shares and are exercisable at 125% of the IPO price or 6.25 pence.   The Warrants are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issue.
