Resignation of Auditor
ACP Energy Plc (ACPE.L), the recently formed company set to capture value accretive opportunities in the oil & gas industry, announces that Jeffreys Henry LLP have notified the Company of their resignation as auditor of the Company.
Jeffreys Henry LLP has advised the Company that it has decided to withdraw from the Public lnterest Entity ("PIE") audit market. ACP Energy is classified as a PIE due to its Standard Listing on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
Jeffreys Henry LLP has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
The appointment of an auditor will be announced in due course following the completion of a tender process.
