Ace Digital AS – Appoints Sund as New CFO to Bolster Financial Strategy
Ace Digital AS announces that Stine Sund (born 1988) has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective 1 November 2025. Sund is engaged through The VIT and succeeds Tom Hauglund, who will continue in the company as Head of Investor Relations (IR).
The appointment is part of Ace Digital’s continued efforts to enhance and expand the company’s finance function and its capabilities within financial reporting and regulatory compliance as the company grows and prepares for its next phase of development. As an externally engaged CFO, Sund will have full, hands-on oversight of the company’s Bitcoin treasury strategy, further strengthening its financial governance to best-in-class standards.
Sund brings a wealth of expertise from her experience as a financial consultant at KPMG, Volkswagen Møller Bilfinans AS, and Eika Group, as well as her current role as external CFO for Nordic Financials ASA (NOFIN). She holds a master’s degree from the University of Stavanger and a bachelor’s degree from Queensland University of Technology.
