Grant of Share Option

Accsys announces that on 27 July 2010, Paul Clegg, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was granted a share option pursuant to his service agreement, in accordance with the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The share option is to subscribe for a total of 2,158,482 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Share(s)") at an exercise price of €0.34 per share, being the closing price of an Ordinary Share on 26 July 2010.

The share option will only vest on certain performance criteria being met.
