2009 Annual Report & Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Accsys Technologies PLC (the "Company") announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 9.00 a.m. (UK time) on Wednesday, 19 August 2009 at the Company's offices at Kensington Centre, 66 Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UD.

Copies of each of the following documents were posted to shareholders on 22 July 2009:-

1. Annual Report & Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2009;
1. Circular to shareholders of the Company, including notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM Circular"); and
1. Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report & Financial Statements and the AGM Circular are also now available on the Company's website at http://www.accsysplc.com.
