Adjustment in the timing of the launch of a new share buyback program

Given the progress of discussions on the disposal of its stake in Essendi (formerly AccorInvest), which constitutes per se an insider information under French law, the Group is postponing the launch of the new €100 million share buyback program from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026.

The Group remains committed to launching a new tranche as soon as this information is no longer considered as insider, regardless of whether the disposal of its stake in Essendi is completed.
