Accor announces the availability of its 2020 Universal Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report

Accor (Euronext Paris: AC) filed its 2020 Universal Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) on March 31, 2021 under no. D.21-0241.

It is available to the public in accordance with French law and can be viewed or downloaded at https://group.accor.com/en/investors under the Investors section, or on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).

The 2020 Universal Registration Document includes:

• the Annual Financial Report, comprising the parent company financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the management report and the related Statutory Auditors' reports;
• the description of the share buyback program;
• the information and reports referred to in Article 222-9 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority on corporate governance.
