2016 Registration Document Available

The 2016 AccorHotels Registration Document was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on March 31, 2017.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the document may be viewed on the AccorHotels website (http://www.accorhotels.group/en/investors, Investors section) in French and English, as well as on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org) in French only.

The 2016 AccorHotels Registration Document includes the annual financial report, the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the preparation and organization of Board meetings and on internal control procedures, the statutory auditors' reports, the statement of auditors' fees and the annual information document.
