Accor completes the sale of its stake in Groupe Lucien Barrière

Accor today announced that it had completed the sale of its 49% stake in Groupe Lucien Barrière for €268 million.

Accor and Groupe Lucien Barrière will continue to deploy existing synergies in such areas as procurement.

With the completion of the transaction, Accor no longer holds any stake in Groupe Lucien Barrière.
