Lenôtre Sales Contract Signed

Accor has announced that the contract to sell Lenôtre to Sodexo was signed today, after the favorable opinions issued by the Lenôtre and Accor works councils were received.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of September, subject to approval by the competition authorities.
