Implementation of a liquidity contract on Accor shares
As of May 30, 2013 and for a one-year period - automatically renewable for successive periods of one year-, Accor has requested ROTHSCHILD & Cie BANQUE to implement a liquidity contract in accordance with the Charter of Ethics established by the AMAFI and approved by the AMF on 24 March 2011.
For the implementation of this contract, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity Account:
30.000.000 Euros (30 million euros)
ACCOR Shares (code ISIN FR 0000120404) are listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris regulated market.
