Combined Shareholders' Meeting of May 28, 2025

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, chaired by Mr. Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, was held today at the Company's headquarters.

During the Shareholders' Meeting, Mr. Sébastien Bazin the Group's activity and recalled the commitments made by the Group to make its Purpose a reality, and Mrs. Martine Gerow, Group Chief Financial Officer, reviewed the results for the 2024 financial year.

The quorum amounted to 71.73% of the shares and all the resolutions submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting were adopted. The Shareholders' Meeting approved the renewal of the term of office of Mr. Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the renewal of the term of Mrs. Isabelle Simon, Lead Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board and the appointment of Mrs. Katherine E. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also decided to grant a dividend of €1.26 per share. The dividend will be detached on June 2, 2025 and paid on June 4, 2025.
