Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 28, 2025

Information regarding availability and consultation of preparatory documents

The Shareholders of Accor (the "Company") are invited to take part to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 09:00 a.m., at its headquarters located 82 rue Henri Farman – 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux (France).

The preliminary notice of meeting (avis de réunion) including the agenda, the draft resolutions as well as the main terms and conditions for participating and voting at the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 28, 2025, are included in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) published on April 16, 2025 (Bulletin No. 46).

The convening notice of meeting (avis de convocation) is published in the BALO (Bulletin No. 55) and in annonces-legales.lefigaro.fr on May 7, 2025.

The preparatory documents and information relating to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The documents and information referred to in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are posted on the Company's website at: https://group.accor.com/en/finance/annual-general-meeting/shareholders-meeting.

They are mainly grouped in (i) the 2025 Notice of Meeting and (ii) the 2024 Universal Registration Document.

Shareholders are invited to regularly consult the updates of the page dedicated to the General Meeting within the Finance section of the group.accor.com website.
